Shiping method
Global shipping: Various transportation options are available in each country.
Shipping methods and fees are clearly indicated on all quotations.
Operator: Unless otherwise stated, we will ship through DHL. We can also ship
via Fedex, UPS, TNT or USPS (US Postal Service). We can also use your account.
Transport carrier: If you need a complete paperwork for a particular situation
(such as a letter of credit), we can send a small package "goods mode".
Heavier items can be transported on pallets or crates. We can arrange LTL freight, sea or air, or work with your freight
forwarder.If you need any other type of emergency or carrier, we need you to clearly state this information on the order.
Non-emergency items are usually shipped within 3 or 4 days, depending on our test order backlog. We can often send
urgent orders on the same day. We do not charge an extra fee for this, but rather based on your use of expedited shipping
options. Please tell us how urgent your request is, we will try our best to ship the same day you ordered.
For emergencies, it can also be transported on the same day (counter to counter or point to point).
Transportation costs
Shipping costs can be determined by completing an order or quote online. If you contact us by phone, fax or email,
we can also provide you with it. Product prices do not include shipping or insurance. Our default method is to prepay
shipping and add it to your invoice. We charge a standard DHL rate. We usually do not charge a fee. We are happy to
provide shipping quotes upon request, as well as weight and size. If you need Pro Forma Invoice, please let us know
if you would like us to quote shipping charges or if you will use your carrier account.
tax
You are responsible for paying any fees involved in importing goods to your country. We do not accept any
responsibility for local taxes and/or duties that may be paid after delivery. You are responsible for ensuring
that you comply with these requirements.
FOB point
Most items will be shipped from our beautiful coastal city, Xiamen, China, or Hong Kong, China.
Track
We usually send you the tracking number of your shipment by email after the item has been shipped. Therefore,
be sure to include your email address in your registration or quotation.
